Advertiser Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 15, 2026
1. Campaign Submission and Approval
By submitting an advertising campaign to CoinAdMedia, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your business, product, or service. All campaigns are subject to review and approval by CoinAdMedia prior to publication. We reserve the right to reject or request modifications to any campaign at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Campaign materials must be submitted in the formats specified in our advertising guidelines. CoinAdMedia is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or non-compliant submissions. Approved campaigns will be launched within the timeframe agreed upon during the booking process, subject to inventory availability.
2. Content Guidelines
All advertising content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and financial services regulations. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their campaign content.
Advertisements must not contain misleading claims, false testimonials, or unsubstantiated performance guarantees. Content related to cryptocurrency projects must clearly disclose material risks associated with digital asset investments. CoinAdMedia reserves the right to remove any content that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be deceptive, harmful, or in violation of these guidelines.
3. Payment Terms
Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with their campaigns as outlined in the applicable insertion order or campaign agreement. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. CoinAdMedia accepts payment via bank transfer, credit card, and select cryptocurrency payment methods.
Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. CoinAdMedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate campaigns for which payment has not been received. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the advertiser.
4. Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the CoinAdMedia network:
- Fraudulent or deceptive schemes, including Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, and unregistered securities offerings
- Content promoting illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Malware, phishing sites, or any content designed to compromise user security or privacy
- Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
- Misleading impersonation of other brands, projects, or individuals
5. Intellectual Property
Advertisers retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their campaign materials. By submitting content to CoinAdMedia, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your campaign materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content you submit. You agree to indemnify CoinAdMedia against any claims arising from alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights related to your campaign materials.
6. Limitation of Liability and Termination
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoinAdMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the advertising services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the advertising relationship by providing fourteen (14) days written notice. CoinAdMedia may terminate or suspend campaigns immediately if the advertiser breaches these terms or engages in conduct that we reasonably believe may harm our network, publishers, or users. Upon termination, the advertiser remains liable for all fees incurred prior to the effective date of termination.
