Publisher Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 15, 2026
1. Publisher Eligibility
To participate in the CoinAdMedia publisher network, your website or application must meet our minimum quality standards. Your property must contain original content, maintain a professional appearance, and generate genuine organic traffic. CoinAdMedia reserves the right to evaluate and approve or reject publisher applications at its sole discretion.
Publishers must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By applying, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to place advertisements on the submitted properties. CoinAdMedia may periodically re-evaluate publisher eligibility and may revoke participation if a property no longer meets our standards.
2. Ad Placement Requirements
Publishers agree to display CoinAdMedia advertisements in the placements, sizes, and formats specified during the integration process. Ad units must be placed in visible, above-the-fold positions unless otherwise agreed. Publishers shall not modify, obscure, or interfere with the display or functionality of advertisements.
The CoinAdMedia ad code must be implemented exactly as provided. Publishers may not frame, minimize, or redirect advertisements, and must ensure that ad placements do not conflict with site navigation or create a confusing user experience. Advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content.
3. Revenue Sharing
CoinAdMedia operates a revenue-sharing model in which publishers receive a percentage of the net advertising revenue generated from their properties. The specific revenue share percentage will be communicated to each publisher upon acceptance into the network and may vary based on traffic volume, content quality, and geographic audience distribution.
Revenue is calculated based on verified impressions and clicks as recorded by the CoinAdMedia tracking system. CoinAdMedia's tracking data shall be the sole basis for calculating publisher earnings. Any discrepancies between publisher-side analytics and CoinAdMedia data shall be resolved in favor of CoinAdMedia's records, unless a material error is demonstrated.
4. Payment Schedule
Publisher earnings are calculated on a monthly basis, with the reporting period running from the first to the last day of each calendar month. Payments are processed within thirty (30) days following the end of each reporting period, provided the publisher's accrued balance meets the minimum payment threshold of $100 USD or equivalent.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or USDT), as selected by the publisher in their account settings. Publishers are responsible for all taxes applicable to their earnings. CoinAdMedia may withhold payment pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Prohibited Activities
Publishers shall not engage in any activity that artificially inflates impressions, clicks, or other engagement metrics. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Clicking on advertisements displayed on your own properties or encouraging others to do so
- Using bots, automated scripts, or click farms to generate fraudulent traffic or engagement
- Placing ads on properties that contain illegal, harmful, or explicitly adult content
- Misrepresenting traffic sources, audience demographics, or property ownership
- Interfering with advertiser tracking, redirect URLs, or landing page functionality
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension from the network and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice. CoinAdMedia may terminate a publisher's participation immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or conduct that harms the integrity of our network.
Upon termination, the publisher must remove all CoinAdMedia ad code from their properties within forty-eight (48) hours. Earned revenue that has met the minimum payment threshold will be paid according to the standard payment schedule, unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity, in which case CoinAdMedia reserves the right to withhold all unpaid earnings.
